• Interpret clinical and radiographic data to accurately diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions in molar teeth.
• Successfully manage at least 6 molar RCT cases within the program with increasing efficiency, precision, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Demonstrate professional communication, documentation, and patient management skills, ensuring informed consent, trust, and post-treatment care.
• Design and perform effective access cavities and canal preparations in molar teeth using contemporary instrumentation and magnification.
• Perform simple retreatment cases, including removal of root filling materials and canal re-instrumentation.
• Implement complete molar RCT procedures, including cleaning, shaping, irrigation, and obturation.
• Assess the complexity of endodontic cases and make evidence-based decisions to treat or refer appropriately.

Knowledge: 
• Explain the anatomical complexities of molar teeth relevant to endodontic treatment. 
• Describe principles of endodontic diagnosis, access design, cleaning, shaping, irrigation, and obturation. 
• Identify the causes of endodontic failures and outline strategies for prevention and management. 
• Recognize the indications, limitations, and techniques of advanced tools (e.g., rotary systems, apex locators, CBCT). 
• Evaluate treatment plans and make evidence-based decisions for molar endodontic cases.

• Manage simple retreatment cases.
